Paternity leave

The right to ordinary paternity leave is granted to employees who satisfy certain conditions.

An employee is entitled to two weeks ordinary paternity leave. They can either take one week or two consecutive weeks but cannot take odd days. An employee can decide whether to take just one week or a fortnight but they cannot take two separate weeks.
