Meet the team

A healthy cash flow is the life blood of SMEs and our team recognise the need to offer a variety of packages to suit all business needs.

Myself and the team offer a wide spectrum of consultancy packages ranging from a one off contract to a full audit of contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures, together with full documentation and implementation. We also provide on-going out-of-office support between the hours of 8am and 8pm when you purchase our Premium Retainer package.  In addition, we offer a range of training packages to ensure you can deal with a range of tricky issues, such as redundancy, disciplinary issues and grievances.  For further information please contact a member of our team.

If you wish to purchase a bundle of HR advice, without tying into a contract, we also offer this service at a realistic hourly rate.

We take the time to understand your business needs but also continue to build and strengthen that relationship over time.  That means you can rest assured we will take care of all of all of your HR needs affording you a good night’s sleep.

Outside of our working time we also like to socialise with our clients, whether this be golfing events, corporate hospitality events or outdoor sporting events.

Deb Tweedy

As a chartered member of the CIPD and holding a post graduate diploma in Employment law I am no stranger to the day to day struggles of running a business – especially dealing with the minefield of employment law issues and queries.   I operate at both a generalist and strategic HR level and love nothing better than to work with my clients on their recruitment, selection, training and development, reward and performance strategies.

When I am not at work or socialising with clients, you will find me in the kitchen cooking up some culinary delight with my family or out in a restaurant sampling someone else’s culinary delights!

Paul Lott

Paul started working for Hadrian HR in March 2018, having spent nine years previously working with South Tyneside Citizens Advice as Employment Solicitor, and this followed his qualification at a Newcastle based firm in 2009.

His current role involves building upon the experience he has gained in order to provide advice to small and medium-sized businesses.   Clients are advised as to their legal obligations and HR needs in order to ensure compliance. Paul can also offer practical guidance where disputes arise having represented in Courts and Tribunals for a number of years. For the individual, advice can be provided to ensure each client is fully appraised as to their rights and the statutory protection available to them.

Paul’s approach is to provide a straightforward, personal and down-to-earth advice service, and to be as accessible as possible. This is done in order to build strong relationships, ensure clients fully understand their position, resolve problems that arise as quickly as possible, and to offer ongoing support where this is necessary.
